The Claddagh House Privacy Statement

We keep strict confidence of all customer information and will not disclose it to any non-related third parties. The Claddagh House does not sell mailing lists and will not disclose your name, email address, mailing address, etc. to any non-related third parties.  Information is collected for the sole purpose of preparing, processing, and shipping orders.

Third Party Intermediaries

The information collected is given to 3rd party intermediaries (PayPal, UPS) in order to ship your order and process credit card payments.  These companies do not share, store, or use personal information for any unrelated or secondary use.

Cookies

The internet can be a dangerous place for the unsuspecting user.  Too many internet retailers have utilized cookies to track user activities both on and off their sites, collect personal information, etc. We at The Claddagh House fully respect the identity and privacy of our customers and visitors to our website. Therefore, we make very limited use of "cookies."  Cookies are only used to identify the user's browser for the duration of their shopping session. Once the user logs out the session is no longer used, and the cookie is deleted.  No personal information is stored in the cookie.
